Dr. Smoak offers a free 15 min phone consultation to prospective clients. Please note the following rates apply only to NY clients. WY clients are now seen at Spruce Mental Health in Jackson, WY, and practice information and rates can be found at www.sprucejh.com.
Depending on complexity, 60, 90, and 120 minute initial consultations are offered and fees are available by request.

45 minute psychotherapy (and med mgmt) follow-up: $600

30 minute medication mgmt follow-up: $450
At present, the practice does not participate in managed care plans. We will provide you with a statement to submit for out of network reimbursement. We do accept HSA/FSA, Zelle/Venmo, and all major credit cards.
